IrishJobs.ie & AsIAm.ie Masterclass 4 - Reasonable Accommodations & In-Work Supports

As part of our Communities of Practice programme, AsIAm, Ireland's National Autism Charity, and IrishJobs.ie, Ireland’s leading e-recruitment platform, are conducting a series of monthly masterclasses aimed at supporting employers to tap into the vast untapped pool of Autistic talent in Ireland.

Each monthly workshop will cover a different theme, including recruitment and onboarding, workplace culture and attitudes to neurodiversity, self-advocacy in the workplace and career progression and personal development.

Our fourth Masterclass workshop, on Tuesday July 20th 2021 at 12pm, will be on the topic of 'Reasonable Accommodations & In-Work Supports'.

Joining us for our June Masterclass will be Fiona Ferris (Deputy CEO & Head of Training and Accreditation, AsIAm), Adrian Carroll (Training and Accessibility Officer, AsIAm) and Sophia Webb (Administrative Officer, AsIAm) who will share their experience and expertise on reasonable accommodations and workplaces can use reasonable accommodations and workplace supports to support Autistic talent and promote a neurodiverse workplace culture, and share AsIAm's experience on how providing reasonable accommodations has supported our autistic staff.
