Vaccine certificate approval in E-services portal ,Tawakkalna immune status no Embassy attestation

To find out the actual issues in E-Services portal, I uploaded 5 application in almost same time, out of which 2 application was 1st time applicant, 1 applicant repeater (2nd time), 2 application was attested by Saudi Embassy.

Out of these 5 application, 3 got approved and 2 got rejected.

If you are 1st time applicant then no need to get your vaccine certificate attested by Saudi Embassy, Just get your vaccine certificate attested from local health authority or CMO and upload it.
