Karly focuses today's seated exercise sets on three things: Mobility, Strength, and Endurance. Each set of three exercises is repeated. Finish with a set of exercises designed to work on your stability - either while standing or sitting.
Remember to modify the exercises to fit YOUR abilities. And HYDRATE!
