She has experienced the highs and lows of working in five start-ups, including Managing Director of an ethical telemarketing agency from 2008 to 2014, where she secured clients such as Microsoft, Fujitsu, Reuters, Pearson Education, Novartis, and Sanofi Pasteur. Working increasingly with technology, medical and cutting-edge companies, Su founded Priddey Marketing in 2015 to support innovative, purpose-driven business leaders and has a keen interest in promoting inclusion and diversity throughout organisations.
