The Organisational Climate is defined as the atmosphere experienced in the organisation, the result of a collective perception regarding employees' emotions and behaviour.
Some organisations do Climate Surveys only once a year. In a period of great uncertainty and unrest (such as the year 2020), there is greater instability, resulting in a phase of change, taking into account that employees may change objectives, motivations and even work teams. Therefore, it becomes necessary to conduct these studies constantly and periodically, in order to prevent future problems of alignment and connection with the organisational culture.
