On June 17th, 2019, Mackenzie Leuck arrived back home to Utah from a trip to California. She met up with a man who she had been chatting with on the online dating app, “Seeking Arrangement,” who killed her and attempted to hide her body.

By tracking her social media and messaging apps, authorities were able to track the man down for questioning. After a search of his property was completed, it was found by cadaver dogs that human remains were in his backyard.
