In this video, Elon Musk says that the failure is bad but if something is important enough you do it even though the risk of failure is high. After that, Elon advises all entrepreneurs who wants to start a company is that they should bear in mind that the most likely outcome is that it's not going to work. Finally, he quotes his friend and successful entrepreneur who once said to him, 'Being an entrepreneur is like eating glass and staring into the abyss of death.'

✎ Elon Musk is a billionaire CEO at SpaceX and Tesla. He is a charismatic and tenacious entrepreneur with a total net worth of about $151 billion as of 2021. He also co-founded PayPal, Neuralink and The Boring Company.
As of 2021, Elon Musk became the wealthiest man in the world by putting Jeff Bezos in the shade. Being a South African-born charismatic CEO, Musk founded SpaceX and Tesla Motors in 2002 and 2003, respectively.
Musk is known to work relentlessly for about 80 to 120 hours per week. Being raised in South Africa, Musk had a terrible upbringing and lived most of his life with his father following the divorce of his parents in 1980. However, as a child, he was a bookworm and read literally everything. But he had a pretty difficult childhood since he was often chased around by his school gangs.
Musk moved to Canada while he was 17 and later moved to California for a Ph.D. at the age of 24. In 1995, he started a web software company called Zip2. Later on, he created X.com that merged with a firm named Confinity and eventually became PayPal. With $180 million worth in stock, Musk was thrown out of the company. After that, eBay purchased PayPal for $1.5 billion.
