This is a healthy lunch idea. And gluten free recipe too, so those who have gluten sensitivity they can also add this recipe in their diet plan during lunch time.

Rice recipe for lunch
Serve-1
Ingredients
Rice
1-Rice-25 gm
2-Ghee-1/2 tsp
3-Musterd seeds-1/2 tsp
4-Cinnamon stick-small
Chickpeas curry
1-Chickpeas-45gm
2-Onion-30 gm
3-Capsicum-50 gm
4-Bottle gourd-50gm
5-Tumeric powder-1/4 th tsp
6-Corinder powder-1 tsp
7-chole masala- as per taste
8-Salt-as per taste
9-Ghee-1/2 tsp
Dahi chutney
1-Curd-100 gm
2-Coriender leaves-handful
3-Mint leaves-10 leaves
4-Ginger and garlic-as per taste
5-Chat masala-1/2 tps
6-Salt-as per taste
7-Blackpepper powder-2-3 pinches
Cooking method
Rice
1-Take a pan add ½ tsp ghee, musted seeds, cinnamon stick, and washed rice.
2-Add water and cook for 10 min.
Chickpeas recipe
1-Wash and soak chickpeas for 10 hours.
2-After 10 hours, pressure cook it, separate
3-Take a pan add ½ tsp ghee, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, cooked chickpeas, grated bottle gourd, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and chole powder.
4-Cover it and cook for 10 min.
Chickpeas recipe is ready to serve
Dahi chutney
1-In mixer add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger and garlic.
2-Grind it as fine paste.
3-Now add hung curd, chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder.
4-Mix well
Dahi chutney is ready to serve.
