Garçon à la Pipe (English: Boy with a Pipe) is an oil on canvas painting by Pablo Picasso. Picasso painted it in 1905, when he was 24 years old and lived in Paris's Montmartre neighbourhood, during his Rose Period. A young Parisian lad with a pipe in his left hand and a flower garland on his head is depicted in the painting, which is flanked by two floral decorations. "P'tit Louis," a young boy from the neighbourhood, was the subject. The painting was sold for $104 million in a Sotheby's auction on May 5, 2004, and is regarded one of the most costly paintings.
