DIY Coffee Bar with CONCRETE COUNTERTOPS

DIY Coffee Bar with CONCRETE COUNTERTOPS

I made a green concrete countertop for this DIY coffee bar. I used 3/4" MDF to make the base and this is my entry to the #RocklerHobbyChallenge that is hosted by my podcast the Modern Maker Podcast. About once a year Rockler sponsors a maker challenge that we host. This year we are focusing on combining woodworking with another hobby! You can find out how to participate and win prizes here:

To make the concrete countertops I used Quikrete Countertop Mix in white and added in some sage green pigment from Limestrong

I am really liking the combination of Ryobi Tools and Kreg Accessories to turn basic MDF into nice DIY furniture projects.
