№1 Is this unisex?
All of my subs are usually unisex, gender neutral, lgbtq+ and poc friendly unless stated differently in the pinned comment or description. I try to make my subs as inclusive as possible because I want my channel to be a safe place regardless of someone’s sexual- or gender identity, skin color or religion.
№2 How many times should I listen?
It doesn’t matter how many times you listen to a subliminal. Saying „you have to listen at least x amount of times“ is a limiting belief. Listen how many times you want and feel comfortable with. As long as you feel like you’re doing the right thing, it’s gonna work.
№3 can i listen without/with one earbud?
of course. Most subliminals work without any earbuds. You listen listen with-, without- or with one earbud.
№4 when will i see results?
this depends on you and your mindset. If you believe you’ll get results in a day, you’ll get results in a day and if you think you will only get results after a month of listening, you will actually only get them after a month. Your mind is powerful. Never forget that
