The EU Is Disintegrating! Poland, France, Germany and Northern Ireland simultaneously attacked the ECJ.
The European Court of Justice sparked constitutional crises across the EU that left the bloc seemingly "in conflict around the edge" amid clear signs of a major rift between member states, according to the European Court of Justice. Mark Francois.
The president of the European Research Group Brexiteer said the constitutional crisis that erupted between the European Court of Justice was a major rift that could threaten to destabilize the European Union. Domestic lawmakers from Poland, France, Germany and Northern Ireland recently challenged European court oversight of national affairs. Speaking to Express.co.uk, Mr Francois said: “We have asked the German constitutional court against the ECJ over issues of how the European Central Bank is allowed to operate.
"So you've got a conflict between the German constitutional court and the European Court of Justice."
He added that now the EU has even got former Brexit Commissioner Michel Barnier, who is currently running for French President, to do this "Damascus transformation" of EU institutions such as the Court of Justice and the Court of Justice. Human Rights Court.
It comes as Mr Barnier called for greater sovereignty for France than the European Court of Justice and the Court of Human Rights at a Presidential rally in the French city of Nimes.
The call shocked observers as he acted as a whistleblower for the EU in the Brexit negotiations.
EU members are putting pressure on the court of justice, the EU shows signs of disbanding when it fails to create trust.
Mr Francois joked: "It's not Jacob Rees-Mogg or me! It's Michel Barnier! "
He went on to address the most recent examples of ECJ turmoil that were sparked in Poland, where the Polish constitutional court ruled that EU treaties were inconsistent with the Polish constitution. The ruling sparked massive protests over fears Poland was moving towards a 'Polexit' from the bloc.
Mr Francois noted that as a result this is not "just a matter of Lord Frost, or Boris Johnson or me" for Northern Ireland, but in fact it is becoming a trend within the bloc. The bloc's members all target the European court of justice, a major collapse of the bloc that is happening as the ECJ is under attack from many directions.
He said bluntly that the lockdown of domestic courts by member states "is now a direct problem" across Germany, France and Poland.
Francois emphasized that the rift in the ECJ's constitutional conflicts with member states was a sign that the EU was "dissolving".
"Not just Lord Frost and the Prime Minister!"
It comes as more than 100,000 Poles march in support of EU membership after a court ruled that parts of EU law were unconstitutional, raising fears that the country could eventually leave the block.
The ruling stems from the fact that many are branding efforts by Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki to push the country out of the European Union.
Vonderleyen stands in the midst of many member countries' attacks, she is extremely bewildered when the sign of "Disintegration" of the bloc is quite obvious.
