This has completely demolished the case constructed by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).Aryan Khan and his friend Arbaaz Merchant were arrested on 3 October at a cruise rave party, but now they are both out on bail. "This whole case from day one appeared dubious. This case is fake, it has been created. Every time you do something, the NCB goes on to a higher court, whose money are they spending? It is the govt's money," says Clyde Crasto, Spokesperson, NCP.
