Footage from outside Liverpool Women's hospital shows the moment a bomb exploded in a taxi on Sunday. A male passenger inside the vehicle was killed in the blast and declared dead at the scene, Merseyside police confirmed. The taxi driver, who has been widely named in reports as David Perry, from Kirkdale, survived the blast, and has returned home from hospital.
