This tutorial is super simple, anyone can do it!
I'm going to show you how to take a scarf you already own (or one that you thrift) and transform it into a Cowl Neck Tank Dress.
The most important thing to look at with your scarf is:
1) pattern and color that you like
2) width must be wide enough for the widest point on your body
3) length from collar bone to hem is long enough (you can always make it shorter)

I am using a needle and thread for this entire project, which is great for beginners. If you know how to use a sewing machine, and feel comfortable sewing knits, go for it!

You can choose anything you want for your straps, just make sure that they are comfortable.
