Notably there are no RP-PVP servers yet, which feels bad because I’ll never forget the passion of the grob gang. Hopefully an RP PVP server will be added soon.

• Also, a quest chain was silently removed from WoW Classic! The quest Betrayed! Has been removed without any mention from blizzard. The quest mentions a betraying thieving blood elf woman, and regret trusting a woman. Honestly, I stopped reading quests so in my mind this was just some quick easy XP.

• Not only that but if you haven’t heard DIRE MAUL will be in at launch, which is huge for some classes getting their nice trinkets. Totems, Librams, Idols and patch 1.10 adjusted drop rates will also be implemented at launch. So that is also very nice.

• Also, Dungeon Set 2 (which looks amazing by the way) will be accessible and so the twilight camps needed to complete those quest chains will be in at launch.

• The level 50 class quests are also in at launch so diamond flask, Devilsaur Eye, Enamored Water Spirit, Abyss shard or Soul Harvester and so on are all going to be available at launch. This is actually awesome because I love running sunken temple and it never seems to be easy to get a group. In Season of Mastery looks like it probably won’t be too hard because of it being available on release.

All battlegrouds will also be available at release and world PvP objectives in EPL will also be in the game on release. So tons of stuff to do right at release. Which is nice since we have increased leveling speed, getting to 60 won’t take as long.

• Blizzard also increased the rate at which players rank up in the PvP Honor System. In WoW Classic, after calculating your expected rank each week, you would move 20% of the distance between your current rank and your expected rank. Basically, they are doubling the distance you would move toward your expected rank each week from 20% to 40%.

• And last, blizzard announced that once season of mastery ends, you have the option to transfer to an existing classic era realm which will be free. So that’s good to know. I’m curious if we can transfer it to a TBC server and continue our journey on to TBC that would be cool if you ask me.

Speaking of TBC, we also got some new updates from Blizzard finally:
For TBC Blizzard announced some RAID NERFS which were supposed to go live with the weekly reset of this week, or if you’re watching this later the week of 11/9 which they very quickly took back and decided not to do. Blizzard of course loving out of season April fools’ jokes.

But we can expect these nerfs to be coming soon, so if you haven’t taken down pre-nerf Morogrim, KT, and Vashj, then your time is running out before blizzard implements the following changes.
Serpentshrine Caverns

Morogrim Tidewalker – Tidewalker Lurkers’ health has been reduced to their post-nerf values. (this appears to be a nerf from their 71k HP down to roughly 18K HP.

Lady Vashj – Persuasion no longer provides crowd control immunity.

All four advisors have had their health reduced by 10%.
All of the summoned weapons have had their health reduced by 10%.
