We found the mother in the same place where the puppies was, she was trying to find her puppies .Some people wanted us to leave the mother in the streets ,we asked if she belongs to them and they said no and that they are only feeding her. We had a few minutes talk to them and we made them understand that we are following the law and we will get the mother away from there and bring her to her puppies . Imagine the mother and her 4 puppies to live in this road !
