* Ingredients
1. Dough
300g (2 cups) Bread flour
150g (0.62 cup) Milk
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
1pc (55 g+-) Egg
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
28g (2 tbsp) Unsalted butter
2. Fillings
200g (1 cup) Canned corn
42g (3 tbsp) Mayonnaise
100g (1/2 cup) Mozzarella cheese
Green onion
185°C (365°F) bake for 15 minutes
Important tips
1. If using raw corn to make it, it is recommended to boil the corn for 5 minutes, then drain the water and take 200 grams of boiled corn. You can also use frozen corn and microwave them for 2 minutes in advance.
2. 2. If you don't have mozzarella cheese, you can omit it.
