It may have already leaked, but Ubisoft has now officially announced ‘Assassin’s Creed Infinity’ is in the works via Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Quebec, a studio combination that the company says will guide, grow, and define the overall future of ‘Assassin’s Creed”.
While Ubisoft don’t reveal too much about Assassin’s Creed Infinity itself, that is apparently the codename of a project they’ll be talking about at a later date. Reports suggest it’s going to be a huge online live service that brings multiple games together. The project will overall have two creative directors, including Clint Hocking, someone who worked on the Splinter Cell and Watch Dogs project, and Jonathan Dumont, who is best known for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
