The Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, Honourable Nyirabashitsi Sarah Mateke, has launched a children’s home in Buyende worth shs 500 million with a call to parents to be vigilant and keep their children especially the girls away from sexual predators.
The minister encouraged parents to advance agape love towards their children, a crucial factor she believes will help reduce crime rates in the community.
