
This week's video is done due to popular demand. I've posted this on my IG stories when I made this for a 'makan-makan' sesh (gather & eat session) with a bunch of Malaysian friends here in Nouakchott, Mauritania. It was such a popular dish that it was the first dish that was cleared that day and many followers requested for the recipe, so here goes!
Ingredient list:
[Yield: 2 or 3 pax]
-1 pack of 100g glass noodle
-One boneless whole chicken leg/chicken chop for Muslim friends or 250g minced pork for non-Muslim friends
-Some coriander with root (check the video to see how much I've used, it was hard to tell in words on the quantity, perhaps it was enough to chop up a tbsp of chopped coriander)
-Some prawns, quantity is up to you
-Peanuts (or toasted peanuts), 3 tbsp
-Thai sweet chilli sauce, 3 tbsp
-Fish sauce, 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
-Sugar, 1 tbsp
-White pepper
-Shallots, 2 bulbs
