In this video, I show a not so perfect credit VA loan we closed, to illustrate how we can overcome less than perfect credit score and credit history.
Many of these VA friendly lenders stack on overlays to require a higher FICO score and a perfect credit history, but VA actually allows for lower FICO scores and less than perfect credit history. While not every under 640 FICO can qualify, this video shows you the credit history requirements that can pass VA credit requirements.
